All-Utilities-Paid RV Living in La Marque
At Big State RV Park, we keep things easy and affordable with transparent pricing and no extra fees. Whether you’re staying a day, a week, or settling in for the long haul, you’ll enjoy full hookups, large cement pads, and free on-site laundry—all included.
Standard Rates (All Utilities Included + Free Laundry)
- 30-amp sites (Spaces 100–253): $575/month
- 50-amp sites (Spaces 100–253): $675/month
- Premium 30/50-amp sites (Spaces 500–642): $750/month
Terms & Reservation Information
- Reservations must be made through our Campspot platform
- A $35 cancellation/change fee applies if changes are made within 72 hours of your arrival date
- Daily and weekly rates include utilities
- Message and data rates may apply for communications
PARK RULES & REGULATIONS
Know Before You Go
To help create a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone, we ask all guests to follow the rules below. Failure to comply may result in removal from the park without refund.
General Rules
- All reservations and payments are made via Campspot
- RVs must be self-contained, clean, and in good condition (15+ years old must be approved)
- 5 MPH speed limit strictly enforced
- Max 4 people, 1 RV, 2 vehicles per site
- No tents or vehicle sleeping
- No sub-leasing or open fires
- Outdoor grills permitted
- No external freezers, fences, kennels, mats, or rugs on grass
- Water and sewer lines must be leak-free and properly connected
Children & Visitors
- Visitors must check in at the office and follow all rules
- Children under 14 must be supervised at all times
- No skateboards or in-line skates permitted
Behavior & Courtesy
- No excessive noise or disruptive behavior
- After-hours disturbance fee may apply
- No profane, abusive, or threatening conduct
- Disrespect toward guests or staff may result in immediate removal
Alcohol, Smoking, Firearms
- Dispose of cigarette butts properly
- No smoking inside park buildings
- Firearms and fireworks are prohibited
- Alcohol is not allowed in common areas unless approved by management
- No illegal drug use or criminal activity tolerated
Pets
- Max 2 pets per reservation
- Must be leashed at all times unless in dog park
- Pick up waste immediately
- Aggressive breeds or excessive barking may be grounds for removal
- No wildlife or farm animals allowed
Gator Warning: We are located on the bayou. Gators may be present in the area. Please be cautious.
Vehicles
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- No parking on grass or in unassigned spaces
- No mechanical work or washing allowed (unless approved)
- ATVs and unlicensed vehicles not permitted
- Golf carts must be maintained and compliant with laws
Legal & Liability Notice
- Damage to park property will be charged to the guest
- Big State RV Park is not responsible for theft, accidents, or property damage
- All guests stay under a revocable license — this is not a lease agreement
- Guests violating any rules may be asked to leave immediately
Theft of Services Law
As defined under Texas Penal Code Section 31.04(b), any guest who refuses or avoids payment for site services is subject to criminal prosecution. Big State RV Park enforces this law to the fullest extent.
